R. Amanda Maselli is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive expertise in financial operations, strategic growth, and organizational transformation. Her career spans nearly two decades of driving measurable outcomes and building collaborative relationships across clinical and non-clinical teams.

Amanda’s expertise lies in leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize financial performance, enhance operational efficiencies, and lead transformative initiatives. She is skilled in business intelligence, M&A processes, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration, making her a versatile leader in the healthcare space.

Before joining Spectrum, Amanda served as Executive Director of Financial & Business Operations, leading the financial strategy for an independent multi-specialty physician group, and achieving a substantial increase in revenue through innovative contract revisions and operational enhancements. She also directed due diligence for a successful partial equity transaction, negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth post-transaction integration.

Amanda’s leadership extends beyond financial acumen. She has spearheaded initiatives to scale organizational infrastructure, improve team collaboration, and enhance employee satisfaction through strategic HR and operational reforms. Her ability to bridge the gap between clinical and administrative teams has consistently driven improved quality, efficiency, and service delivery.
