Ashley Jenkins

Ashley Jenkins serves as Practice Manager at Spectrum Management Services Company, where she leads all facets of radiology practice operations—from revenue cycle oversight and credentialing to physician onboarding and financial reporting. Her well-rounded background in both clinical imaging and business operations allows her to bridge communication across departments and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and quality of care.

Ashley joined SMSC after a successful tenure as Practice Manager and Client Relationship Manager for a national RCM organization, where she oversaw administrative and financial operations for a radiology group. She led efforts in credentialing, benefits administration, revenue auditing, and compliance while serving as the primary liaison between physicians, hospital leadership, and patients.

Prior to transitioning into practice management, Ashley built a robust clinical career as a multi-modality radiologic technologist. With hands-on experience in CT, MRI, X-ray, mammography, and fluoroscopy across several hospital and outpatient environments, she developed deep expertise in imaging protocols, quality assurance, and ACR accreditation. Her background also includes leadership roles in imaging operations, program development, and clinical supervision.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Science from Avila University, where she graduated cum laude and served as captain of the Radiology Bowl Team.
