About Corey

Corey Fravert serves as a Practice Director of Anesthesiology Services for Spectrum Management Services Company, bringing more than a decade of progressive experience in healthcare operations and process improvement. He specializes in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, systems design, and multidisciplinary team leadership.

Before joining Spectrum, Corey held a series of operational leadership positions within both independent and hospital-employed medical groups. As Director of Neuroscience Programs and later Director of Surgical Programs, he led numerous large-scale improvement initiatives, including workflow redesigns across outpatient and inpatient services, EEG and sleep study operations, and the development of telehealth models that expanded patient access. His ability to align people, processes, and strategy has consistently resulted in measurable performance improvements, operational savings, and enhanced patient outcomes.

Corey holds a Master of Health Policy and Management from the Muskie School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt through the University of Southern Maine and a graduate of the Daniel Hanley Center for Leadership’s Health Leadership Development Program.
