About Dan

Dan serves as chief executive officer for Spectrum Management Services Company and Spectrum Healthcare Partners, New England’s largest independent healthcare organization. He is responsible for the company’s strategic, financial, and operational performance.

Dan has more than 20 years of experience leading large physician medical groups and has built a reputation for creating strong organizational cultures that support high-performing practices. He has developed strategic plans that resulted in significant growth and strong financial performance. Dan has deep knowledge of health plan contracting, including agreements built to succeed in value-based care programs. He has managed IT systems implementations, built strong health informatics teams, and overseen major construction projects.

Prior to joining Spectrum, Dan served in CEO and COO roles at other medical groups, including InterMed and Martin’s Point. He also led a Provider Network Management team for a large national health plan and served in healthcare leadership roles in the U.S. Air Force.

Dan received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard College and his MBA from the University of Southern Maine. He currently serves on the board of directors for Maine Community Bank and the University of New England.
