Greg Herr

Greg Herr is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operational leadership, financial management, and patient-centered care. As the Radiology Practice Director for both the Northern and Southern Radiology Divisions at Spectrum Management Services Company, Greg oversees radiology operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and strategic growth across the organization.
Greg brings an impressive wealth of experience in healthcare leadership, with a strong focus on operational excellence, financial stewardship, and patient-centered care. His dedication to fostering collaboration between staff, clinicians, and leadership makes him an exceptional leader in radiology operations.

Prior to joining Spectrum, he served as Chief Operating Officer of a 375-bed, Joint Commission-accredited hospital. His responsibilities included hospital-wide strategic planning, operational oversight, and facility management across an 800-acre campus. Greg as also served as Vice President of Clinical and Support Services and previously as Senior Director of Clinical Services. In these roles, he managed multimillion-dollar budgets, directed radiology, pathology, rehabilitation services, and other clinical operations, and successfully implemented enterprise-wide management systems and capital investment projects. Greg’s expertise in radiology leadership is rooted in his experience as Director of Radiology for several organizations. His strategic initiatives have consistently improved operational efficiency, expanded service offerings, and enhanced patient care.

A Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) and an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Greg holds a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration from St. Joseph’s College.
