Janice Miller serves as Human Resource Business Partner for Spectrum Management Services Company, bringing more than three decades of experience across human resources, social work, and organizational operations. Her diverse background spans various roles in human resources, billing and quality assurance management, and program coordination within educational and healthcare institutions and mental health service delivery systems.
Before joining Spectrum, Janice served as an Accounts Payable Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant, where she oversaw key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, benefits orientation, and compliance training. She also played a central role in financial operations, managing accounts payable and supporting budget reconciliation and vendor relations.
Earlier in her career, Janice was a Program Coordinator for 2 residential mental health programs. After moving to Maine, Janice worked as the Billing and Quality Assurance Manager with a medical case management group, where she supervised billing operations, payroll, and quality review of medical documentation while leading a small administrative team. Her background also includes positions that helped her develop strong communication, client service, and leadership skills that continue to inform her people-centered HR approach today.
Janice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Providence College, where she graduated magna cum laude.
