Keary Sibole

Keary Sibole has proven healthcare management and leadership skills highlighting wide-ranging experience in patient-centered communication and care, continuous process and operational improvement, regulatory compliance, program and office management, budget development and financial management, and team support. Her practice leadership spans multiple specialties, including pathology, radiation oncology, and radiology.

Prior to joining Spectrum, Keary worked in a large academic medical center managing a hospital medicine program, as well as in acute care settings providing primary care clinic operations management and administration, including employee health services. Her experience also includes operations and administrative management in an academic dental clinic focusing on increasing access to care for underserved populations. Keary excels at creating and promoting a culture that reflects the organization’s values and rewards performance and productivity.

Keary received her Bachelor of Art in Business Administration at The University of Maine and her Master of Healthcare Administration from The University of New England. She has received several FEMA certifications, including Fundamentals of Emergency Management, Leadership, and Influence.
