About Meg

Meg is an accomplished leader with a decade of experience in benefits and compensation. Her areas of specialization include compensation benchmarking, benefit program design, retirement plan administration, HR compliance, and HR information systems.

Meg leads the benefits and compensation consulting service line for SMSC, overseeing total rewards efforts for Spectrum Healthcare Partners, a multispecialty physician practice with more than 200 physicians.

She has helped clients identify and resolve payroll and benefit administration errors, design paid parental leave and flexible time off programs, and create salary grading structures for corporate roles. Meg has also helped clients realize operational savings through reduction of duplicate benefit offerings and partnered with talent acquisition teams to improve onboarding processes.

Meg earned her MS in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
