Rachel Jacobson serves as Clinical Administrator at Spectrum Management Services Company, bringing a comprehensive background in radiology and multi-specialty healthcare administration. She draws on deep experience in clinical operations, scheduling, physician support, and administrative leadership to help client organizations improve efficiency and strengthen operational performance.
Most recently, Rachel served as Clinical Administrator at Corvallis Radiology, where she directed day-to-day operations and strategic planning for a busy radiology group. In this role, she served as the primary liaison between radiologists and hospital and clinic administration, billing companies, and legal and accounting partners, ensuring seamless coordination across all operational touchpoints. She oversaw the full provider onboarding process – from interviews and travel coordination through hiring and training – while developing and implementing practice-wide policies and procedures in support of both technical and operations committees.
Rachel’s progression at Corvallis Radiology began as Call Coordinator, where she managed call routing, cross-departmental communications, and data analysis to improve administrative workflows. Prior to joining Corvallis, she spent several years as procedure scheduler for a large gastroenterology practice, coordinating patient procedures across multiple providers and facilities with a focus on scheduling accuracy and documentation.
Rachel’s clinical foundation was established during her years as a Medical Assistant at a hospital in California, where she provided front and back-office support, assisted with minor procedures, managed referrals and authorizations, and played a key role in the practice’s transition to an electronic health record.
With more than a decade of experience spanning clinical operations, physician support, scheduling, and administrative leadership, Rachel brings a comprehensive understanding of healthcare workflows and a proven track record of enhancing office efficiency while maintaining exceptional standards of service and collaboration.
