About Roseann
Roseann Napoleone has 20 plus years of experience in credentialing, privileging, and payor enrollment services for hospital systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and independent physician practices. Prior to joining Spectrum, Roseann oversaw the provider and medical group enrollment services at a large health system.
In her role, Roseann works closely with clients to deliver end-to-end management of both the credentialing primary source verification and payer enrollment processes. She is a skilled communicator with an exquisite attention to detail and has a demonstrated track record of improving workflows to minimize the administrative burden associated with credentialing and enrollment activities. In addition to delivering top-notch medical staff services, she has also spearheaded the implementation of new software platforms and developed innovative ways to monitor and report expirables and physician CME tracking.
Roseann earned a degree in business studies from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a member of the National Association Medical Staff Services.
