    • Develop business plans and economic models through the identification of key success factors, anticipated volume, referral sources, reimbursement assumptions, and expense forecasting.
    • Assist in site selection, lease negotiation, financing options and equipment selection.
    • Manage key elements of the process including pre-start-up planning, vendor coordination and marketing plan development.
    • Ensure successful startup and provide ongoing management of outpatient services as needed.
  • Operational Excellence

    • Examine all elements of optimal outpatient service delivery including processes that impact quality, customer service and access to client services.
