John Stansbury

With over two decades of dedicated service in the field of radiology, John Stansbury is an experienced healthcare leader with a comprehensive background spanning both hospital and physician practice settings. Commencing his journey in radiology as a technician, John brings a unique perspective to his role, having experienced the challenges and intricacies of the field firsthand. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a knack for driving results in diverse healthcare environments. His collaborative leadership style has yielded impressive outcomes, including six and seven-figure savings, innovative solutions, substantial capacity increases, and the successful implementation and upgrades of various EMR, RIS, and PACS systems. With a clinical background and extensive operational leadership experience, John has a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and effectively engaging clinical staff.

Currently serving as the Practice Director of Radiology South at Spectrum Healthcare Partners, John is at the helm of developing, implementing, and managing day-to-day operations within the division. In this role, he also provides executive management and practice leadership consulting services for Spectrum Management Services Company, working directly with clients. As a key member of the management team, John actively engages in company-wide initiatives, collaborating closely with corporate resources to oversee marketing, financial, facility, information systems, and human resources functions for the division. John Stansbury’s leadership prowess, coupled with his hands-on experience and commitment to excellence, makes him an invaluable asset in advancing the goals and success of the practices he works with.

John earned his MBA from Argosy University, his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from University of Sarasota, and his Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology from Manatee Community College. He is a certified Radiologic Technologist, an Outdoor Emergency Care Technician (OEC) for the National Ski Patrol, and has his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He is also a veteran of the Coast Guard.
